Exceptional. It's a term that we rarely extend to the vendors that we engage, but Lowen Air Conditioning deserves it. We've been experiencing uneven services from other A/C contractors in recent years. So, as our two systems appeared to be failing, we decided to give Lowen a try. Their performance every step of the way was just as we've indicated - exceptional. It began with a visit from one of Lowen's repair technicians. He was highly competent, honest, and brought clarity to the condition of our units. We solicited multiple bids for the job, and Lowen was highly competitive with its proposal and didn't try to oversell us with added features or configurations that had no practical value. Their recommendations reflected the practical realities of coastal living on these systems. The real wow factor arrived with the installation. We've never dealt with a team more professional and motivated to get the job done well. There was attention to detail and quality at every step of the process, and it was obvious that the team took great pride in their work. Just before my European vacation, my 12 year old HVAC unit stopped cooling. I really wanted to wait to get a new system installed after my vacation. Mr. Joshua Wong found the coolant leak and provided me with hopefully an extension. That extension last 3 weeks, then the system stopped cooling again. Completely expected due to the age and condition of the system. My vacation had an unexpected delay in returning from Europe and that added to the age of the fix. My install was promptly scheduled thanks to the assistance of Tim. The installation team of Pablo and Devon completed the install and provided excellent professional and friendly service. My home has now returned to the cool environment! Thank you so much Joshua, Tim, Pablo, and Devon! You made this installation easy, and the system is functioning perfectly! I am more than happy with the over the top service I received from Lowen AC. From Fred explaining what a new Trane AC would provide and the change of the installation to William and his assistant doing a super designed installation! It has been a real pleasure using Lowen AC. Had our yearly maintenance for a 12 yr old unit. I told Josh, the service rep, the little issues We had been having and he went over everything. He was very knowledgeable and informative with info to get the most life out of the unit.
