a month agoTechnicians were on time; very efficient. Removed my 16 year old compressor and replaced it in a very timely fashion. They were neat as a pin, and as important as all else, my dogs liked them

3 months agoCalled to have my mother’s A/C fixed and Fred arrived and was very knowledgeable and had the A/C up and running fast. He explained everything that he was doing every step of the way. Will be using Lowen again as we signed up for their maintenance agreement.

It was a pleasure meeting Jose (Service & Install Manager) who indeed provided me with utmost professionalism, a quick response, very punctual, and his outstanding customer service.! I was told after 10 years most A/C systems give out and needed to be replaced ours lasted 16 years so he definitely provided us with knowledge. He also answered all of our questions. Informed us on what we should do to prevent issues like this one. We will definitely be continuing using the services for our A/C Maintenance.
